What kind of issues can you assist with?
As a natural health practitioner, i focus on supporting your overall well-being through holistic and natural approaches. The Earth has provided us with remarkable natural medicines. While I do not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions, I can offer guidance and support in the following areas: Chronic pain, arthritis, digestive issues, mental health, respiratory health, fatigue, weight management, cardiovascular health, insomnia, stress, feeling burnt out, cramps, hairloss, colds n flu, immune support in preparation for cold and flu season, educating parents on health strategies and naturals medicines for daily life, etc.

Do you offer homeopathy?
Yes. Our appointments are Naturopathic Appointments, which means we focus on using a variety of natural treatments including homeopathy, herbal medicine, nutritional supplements, diet and lifestyle etc. If you would like to have an appointment focused only on homeopathy, specifically if you would like to find out your homeopathic constitutional remedy, we can do that, but would need to book that in as a different appointment. How do the online appointments work?
You will receive a video call over whatsapp to the phone number you provided on the booking form. If you do not have WhatsApp or are not confident with using technology, do not worry, we can help and find another way. I will call you first on whatsapp video. Its easy to answer and you just answer it as you would a normal call. However if you're not able to figure out how to answer, I will give you a phone call and help you from there.
Audio-only (regular phone call no video) can be used but only if video calls are not possible.

Can some of my appointments be in-person and some online?
Yes. You can book your appointments in whichever way suits you. It is ideal to have your first appointment in person, but not essential. Dr Niri (for Integrative package with GP and Naturopath), can do a Telehealth appointment over the phone. Take note that Charné, the Naturopath is only available in person at the medical centre on Thursday mornings. She is available online on Monday evenings.
Can I claim anything back from my health fund for the Naturopathic appointments?
No, not anymore. The government made a decision to not include that in health fund rebates. This decision is under revision and may change in the future.

Can I claim back anything from medicare for the appointments?
You may be able to claim back a portion of your appointment with Dr Niri. For current rebate rates, you can contact the reception staff. You cannot claim back anything from your naturopathic appointments.

Are remedies and supplements included in the appointment price?
No. As with other health care services, our consultations focus on providing health advice tailored to your needs. Any recommended medications or supplements can be purchase based on our advice through natural pharmacies, regular pharmacies and some products from our limited dispensary. Please note that we may receive a small commission from suppliers for products ordered. This compensation reflects the time, effort, expense and risk of keeping stock or putting through orders and setting up accounts. While it is standard practice for wholesale products to have a mark up, we prioritise transparency to build trust in our business, even for smaller commissions.
