These appointments are designed for existing patients, to assess progress and extend any necessary support. Follow ups help you keep the momentum on your path to a healthier lifestyle as well as help you feel like you're not doing it on your own. It's up to you to decide if you'd like to continue having follow up appointments. Additionally, existing patients have the option to schedule these short appointments for obtaining new supplements or simple remedies they haven't previously been prescribed such as magnesium, high quality multi-vitamins and fish oil and cold and flu remedies. If your symptoms have changed or it's been a while since your last appointment, consider booking a longer follow up.
