Short Assessment - acute 15mins ($65)

Online or In-person.

This short appointment is for simple issues OR

mild acute issues (an ailment that develops quickly and lasts only a short amount of time), where there is not much time needed with the naturopath to try and assist you.

This appointment can also be used as a sampler to see what naturopathy is about, ask questions and determine if you'd like to come for a longer assessment in the future

_________

1st - Initial Appointment - 60mins ($230)

This first appointment is an information gathering session. This is your time. We will discuss how you’re feeling and the main reason for your visit, we will look at your health history and work out your main health goals.

Over the next 2 weeks I will spend time thinking about your case, going over all the information you've given me and develop your treatment plan. This will include looking at the different remedies and supplements that would benefit you.

2nd - Follow Up Appointment & Treatment Plan - 30mins ($115)

I will present you with your treatment plan and go over it with you.

Treatments plans are personalised. It may include diet and lifestyle changes, herbal remedies and nutritional supplements, flower essences, homeopathic remedies, tissue salts or celloids.

It is common to prescribe about 2 - 3 remedies or supplements to support your health plan. These cost roughly $35 - $65 each, but this is just an estimation. You will not be forced to buy anything. This is your health journey and you are in control of how you would like to proceed. I will give you advice and options, but ultimately it is up to you.

I will give you a prescription to buy from an online natural pharmacy for practitioner-only products. There will be some over the counter products available at local pharmacies and I keep a limited dispensary of the most commonly used nutritional supplements.

3rd - Short Follow Up Appointment - 15mins ($58)

These appointments are designed for existing patients, to assess progress and extend any necessary support. Follow ups help you keep the momentum on your path to a healthier lifestyle as well as help you feel like you're not doing it on your own. It's up to you to decide if you'd like to continue having follow up appointments.

Additionally, existing patients have the option to schedule these short appointments for obtaining new supplements or simple remedies they haven't previously been prescribed such as magnesium, high quality multi-vitamins and fish oil and cold and flu remedies etc. If your symptoms have changed or it has been a while since your last appointment, consider booking a longer follow up.
